Zusammenfassung:In this report, we present a case of ventricular fibrillation (VF) arrest in an asymptomatic coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patient with no cardiac history and normal cardiac workup. Cardiac involvement in COVID-19 has been described previously in hospitalized patients with severe COVID-19. To our knowledge, this is the first report to describe VF arrest in a patient who was incidentally found to have COVID-19.
