Zusammenfassung: | Objective. To investigate the feasibility and clinical outcome of the all-blastocyst-culture and single blastocyst transfer strategy in women aged ≥35 years. Methods. A retrospective analysis of patients aged ≥35 years undergoing IVF/ICSI was performed from January 2017 to April 2019 in the reproductive center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University.
