The author presents a case report of 24 years female suffering from unilateral chronic sinusitis since 1 year caused due to impacted third molar tooth in left maxillary sinus associated with odontogenic keratocyst that was managed both medically and surgically. One year follow-up revealed that she was free from previous symptoms.
