Repeat brain MRI on next day showed acute infarct at hand area of motor strip in posterior frontal region. The patient underwent intravenous thrombolysis and thereafter improved significantly. Isolated hand palsy is a rare presentation of stroke, often mistaken for peripheral lesion. |
