MRI revealed a completely endophytic tumor of 6 × 6.5 × 6.5 cm, located in the upper half of the right kidney. We performed laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in our patient and the postoperative course was uneventful.
This is the first presented laparoscopic partial nephrectomy case in a pregnant patient. Nephron-sparing surgeries can be performed laparoscopically in appropriate sized renal tumors in suitable pregnant patients. |
