Zusammenfassung:Isolated fractures of the distal end of the tibia are rare lesions; they can induce numerous complications and the diagnostic approach and management are not always simple. We report the case of a patient with an isolated fracture of the posterior margin of the tibia, exposing the different stages of its treatment compared to data from recent scientific literature.
