Zusammenfassung:Tartary Buckwheat Seed Hulls Tartary buckwheat is known for its high nutritional value, yet its tough seed hull necessitates a laborious dehulling process. In article number 2400916, Qiao Zhao, Zhaoxia Sun, Xuebin Zhang, and co‐workers report a S‐depleted lignin composition of the seed hull, which could contribute to its rigidity, along with identifying the genetic basis controlling this unique lignin chemotype. These findings hold promise for improving the dehulling process of Tartary buckwheat.
