Zusammenfassung:Hulu‐mur is a Sudanese traditional nonalcoholic beverage that is made from sorghum flour. This work determined the secondary metabolites and antioxidant activities of traditional Sudanese nonalcoholic beverage Hulu‐mur from two local sorghum landraces Abjaro and Hegarii.
