Zusammenfassung: | By an injection of bile through the duct of Santorini haemorrhagic pancreatitis was induced in dogs. Three and 24 hours after the injection, the pancreatic vascular system was filled up through the superior pancreaticoduodenal artery, and in some cases also through the corresponding vein, with 5 % polyvinyl chloride or 3 % Indian ink-gelatin. Constriction of the pancreatic arteries and arterioles was observed, the blood capillaries failed to fill, existing arteriovenous shunts widened and new ones arose, and venous stasis developed. These lesions are supposed be the result of compression by pancreatic oedema and of nervous stimulation. |
