Zusammenfassung:	The production of a specific antiserum to rat prolyl hydroxylase is described. The immunologic relationship between the rat enzyme and that from various other species is assessed. It was found that the enzyme from the mouse, guinea pig, human and rabbit reacts wqth the antiserum, whereas enzyme from the chick, turtle, frog, earthworm, calf and sheep does not.
