The following text in the column "Pharmacologic management of multisystem inflammation and coagulopathy" applies to patient nos. 4, 5, and 6: "Bicarbonate for associated AKI in patient 4 only. Methylprednisolone pulse therapy at 30 mg/kg for 3 days with tapering over 3 weeks. Slow infusion of IVIG on 2 g/kg over 2 days. Anakinra (3 mg/kg/day for 5 days) for patients 5 and 6. Furosemide, captopril, and a short course of digoxin. Enoxaparin and low-dose aspirin." The editors apologize for the error.
