Eagle Pacific says the stake will amount to 40-50%. Separately, Eagle Pacific has agreed to acquire Lamson & Sessions (Cleveland, Ohio), a $130 million/year maker of PVC pipe with a plant adjacent to Vista's unit at Oklahoma City.
