Jewish women take another look at identity as 'people of the book.' (over 100 bookworks by more than 90 Jewish artists; Finegood Gallery, Los Angeles, CA)

Books as works of art that portray the lives, attitudes, and feelings of Jewish women are presented, some in scroll and codex format, and other in iconographic and symbolic variations on the theme. Several of the works are described.
