Zusammenfassung: | The following conclusions were drawn from an analysis of the data obtained: the use of methods of spatial separation of components increases the acceptable storage times for prepregs to 14-60 days with a simultaneous increase in the strength characteristics of the PCM fabricated from the prepregs after they were stored; the use of separate application of components (SAC) is restricted by stronger spatial hindrances than with laminar application of components (LAC), so that the latter method ensures a higher degree of strengthening of PCM; this drawback of the SAC method is partially compensated by using magnetic treatment; the use of protective polymers in the curing system allows deliberately regulating the properties of PCM for defined applications: increasing σ^sub b^ by up to 60[double dagger] and α^sub im^ by up to 50% relative to material fabricated by the traditional method; an improved version of magnetic treatment of freshly impregnated fibres is proposed and allows increasing σ^sub b^ by 30% on average and α^sub im^ by 60-70% in comparison to PCM fabricated by the LAC method without magnetic treatment.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT] |
