Destruction of Formaldehyde with Dielectric Barrier Discharge Plasmas

The destruction of formaldehyde molecules via dielectric barrier discharges is experimentally examined. The destruction of the molecules can be achieved by both "direct electron attack" and "indirect gas-phase radical reaction" mechanisms.
