Zusammenfassung: | A novel red SrMoO4:Sm3+,R+ (R+aa=aaLi+, Na+, K+) phosphor was prepared by solid state reaction method. XRD results showed that 950aaA degree C was a suitable sintered temperature for preparation of SrMoO4:Sm3+ phosphors. The emission spectra of the SrMoO4:Sm3+ phosphors consisted of some sharp emission peaks of Sm3+ ions centred at 562aanm, 601aanm, 646aanm, 703aanm, generating bright orange-red light. Luminescence concentration quenching could be observed when the doping concentration of Sm3+ ions was more than 2aamol%. The introduction of charge compensator R+ (R+aa=aaLi+, Na+, K+) into the host efficiently enhanced the luminescence intensity of the SrMoO4:Sm3+ phosphors. The CIE chromaticity coordinates of the Sr0.96MoO4:0.02Sm3+,0.02Na+ phosphors was quite close to that of commercial red Sr2Si5N8:Eu2+ phosphors. These SrMoO4:Sm3+,R+ (R+aa=aaLi+, Na+, K+) phosphors may be potentially used as red phosphors for white light-emitting diodes. Display Omitted |
