Zusammenfassung:A neck dissection incision which allows good healing in the irradiated patient is described. The incision affords good exposure, exposes little of the carotid artery to the closed incision, and may be extended medially for a jaw-neck or bilateral neck procedure. The vertical limb may be extended inferiorly to form a chest flap which may be rotated into any skin defect.
