The Mini-Catheter: A Reliable Indwelling Catheter Substitute
An improved method of postoperative bladder drainage employing a No. 10 plastic catheter sutured in place is described. The absence of a Foley-type balloon allows early voiding. This simple technic has numerous advantages, no complications, and is readily accepted by patients and nursing staff.
