Studies on Lactate Dehydrogenase Isoenzymes in Rat Submaxillary Gland
Five LDH isoenzymes have been isolated from rat submaxillary gland, and some kinetc properties such as optimum pH, substrate inhibition, heat stability, Km and oxalate inhibition were studied.
