Zusammenfassung:It has been suggested that there is a close correlation between the chromosomal rearrangements that have occurred during the karyotypic evolution of the Hominidae and those detected in human chromosome pathology. Our results indicate that10/20 pericentric inversions and1/4 paracentric inversions involved in human chromosome phylogeny coincide with constitutional inversions detected in man.
