Transpalatine surgical approach to the nasopharynx and the posterior nasal cavity
The indications, advantages, disadvantages, technic and complications associated with the transpalatal nonfenestration and fenestration procedures as well as the end results and conclusions based upon my experience with eight patients are discussed.
