Vesicosalpingovaginal fistula
The first reported case of a vesicovaginal fistula in which the fallopian tube serves as a conduit between the bladder and vagina is presented. Clinical manifestations, including recurrent, urinary tract infection and cuff abscess, followed vaginal hysterectomy performed three years previously.
