Tests on Immune Sera Produced Against Calf Thymus Chromosome.

Summary Rabbit antisera prepared by injection of cattle chromosomal material contained species-specific, but not type-specific hemolysins for cattle erythrocytes. These sera also showed an unexplained inhibiting activity toward standard antisera reactive with cattle erythrocytes.
