Zusammenfassung:	A rapid, chemically specific, and reproducible method for the determination of estrogens in pregnancy urine by means of gas-liquid partition chromatography is described. The use of estrogen acetates to facilitate separation on short silicone grease columns has been further established. Further evidence for the slight destruction of urinary estrogen conjugates by mineral acid is demonstrated.
