Zusammenfassung: | There is a need for an
in vitro method for assaying sensitivity to dinitrochlorobenzene in patients being studied serially who develop severe local reactions to skin testing. Both lymphocyte stimulation and leucocyte migration inhibition tests have been used in attempts to assay sensitivity to DNCB in patients being studied serially. Best results were obtained using the leucocyte migration inhibition test with an aqueous solution of DNCB as antigen. This
in vitro test was positive in
23
26
skin test positive patients and was negative in
16
18
unsensitised patients. |
