The forearm as donor site for split skin grafts
Sixty-seven patients with hand injuries who had split skin grafts taken from the flexor aspect of the forearm were reviewed. None had hypertrophy or hyperpigmentation of the scar. Fifty-eight patients had mild to markedly hypopigmented scars. There were no other apparent complications.
