Larry E. Patterson, PharmD, is assistant professor of pharmacy , director of drug information services and clinical pharmacist with the hematology division, University of Nebraska Medical Center college of pharmacy in Omaha. He received his AA cum laude from East Los Angeles College and a PharmD from the University of Southern California school of pharmacy. Among his professional association memberships are APhA, the APhA Academy of General Practice of Pharmacy, ASHP, ACS, AIHP and Rho Chi. Perry G. Rigby, MD, is associate dean for academic affairs, professor of medicine and director of the hemotology division, University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. He holds a BS from Mount Union College, Alliance, Ohio and an MD from Case Western Reserve University school of medicine. He is a member of American Chemical Society, American Medical Association, Nebraska State Medical Association, American Heart Association and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
