Zusammenfassung:	Research highlights ▶ Almost 10% of 3360 participants had subthreshold PTSD at baseline assessment. ▶ After 2 years, subthreshold symptoms were maintained or worsened for 25% of sample. ▶ Depression and impairment were higher for subthreshold as compared to no PTSD. ▶ Depression and impairment were lower for subthreshold as compared to full PTSD.▶ Only BDI score significantly predicted course of subthreshold symptomatology.
