Time of duplication of ribosomal RNA cistrons in a cell line of Potorous tridactylis (rat kangaroo)

By the use of DNA-RNA hybridization it has been possible to show that ribosomal RNA cistrons of the cell line Pt-K 1 of Potorous tridactylis duplicate late in the DNA duplication phase of the cell cycle (S-phase).
