However, histological analysis demonstrated benign leiomyoma by the hysterectomy. Immunohistochemical analysis of glucose transporter‐1 showed negative in leiomyoma. Our case indicates that uterine leiomyoma in a postmenopausal woman may show false positive result of PET/CT.
