Zusammenfassung:A number of non-volatile in vivo metabolites of [ 14C]-diethyl ether in mouse liver have been identified. The presence of labeled fatty acids and cholesterol was established by thin layer and radio gas chromatography. Additional radioactivity is incorporated into mono-, di- and triglycerides which have been tentatively identified by thin layer Chromatographie separations.
