Lysosomal exoglycosidases in serum and urine of patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma
Lysosomal exoglycosidases: N-acetyl-β-D-hexosaminidase (HEX), β-D-galactosidase (GAL), α-L-fucosidase (FUC) and α-D-mannosidase (MAN) modify oligosaccharide chains of glycoconjugates in endoplasmatic reticulum and/or Golgi apparatus and degrade them in lysosomes.
