CT demonstration of urinary bladder displacement causing medial deviation of the distal ureter
Medial displacement of the lower end of the ureter is usually indicative of a mass lesion in the pelvis. We present two women in whom medial deviation of a distal ureter was shown by computed tomography to be caused by a full bladder itself indented by the posteriorly situated uterus.
