Zusammenfassung:	By quantitative electroimmunoassay the plasma fibronectin concentration was determined in 42 patients with chronic renal failure and treated with haemodialysis. The plasma fibronectin concentration was significantly reduced, independent of the haemodialysis, compared to a control group. Delayed wound healing seen in patients with chronic renal failure might be a result of the reduced plasma fibronectin.
