Posterior urethral valves presenting as venous obstruction
A patient with posterior urethral valves presented with unilaterallower leg ecchymosis and edema. He initially had significant renal function impairment. The ecchymosis and edema resolved after appropriate therapy, and his renal function returned to normal.
