Les VIH isolés peuvent être caractérisés selon leur potentiel de réplication dans ces cultures. Les propriétés biologiques des VIH1 et VIH2 isolés de cultures sur lymphocytes sont comparées avec celles de ces virus isolés de cultures sur monocytes/macrophages. |
