Low grade pilocytic astrocytoma presenting as a spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage in a child

A bstract A girl aged 13 yearspresented with spontaneousintracerebral haemorrhage. Initially, nocause could be found but she was later found to have a low grade pilocytic astrocytoma. This very uncommon presentation was not considered before surgery.
