Zusammenfassung: | Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare disease which afflicts young women of childbearing age. Recently, it has been listed as an indication for lung transplantation. We describe a case of recurrent LAM in a 31-year-old woman occurring in the allograft of a male donor after single lung transplantation. Nonisotopic
