Zusammenfassung:Orofacial granulomatosis is a condition that may be difficult to diagnose for those unfamiliar with the entity. The clinical recognition of this condition is important as is the subsequent investigation by an appropriate specialist. Management of patients needs to take into account the results of further investigations, the patient's expectations, and the severity of the condition.
