Zusammenfassung:	We report on a patient with humero‐radio‐ulnar synostosis and upper limb oligoectrosyndactyly. All cases have been sporadic including discordance in monozygotic twins, and similar findings have occurred in thalidomide embryopathy. Further observations of similarly affected patients are needed to elucidate the nature of this upper limb defect and its cause.
