Myocardial Perfusion Scintigraphy in a Myocardial Bridging of Coronary Artery

In myocardial bridging, muscle bonds may cause extreme narrowing of a coronary artery during systole. The case of a 17-year-old boy with coronary bridging in whom stress imaging showed a reversible perfusion defect due to the bridged vessel and not due to coronary artery disease is presented.
