Zusammenfassung:	An 18-month-old child with partial DiGeorge syndrome developed aplastic anaemia during an acute adenovirus infection. Assessment of the child's immune system revealed T-cell subset abnormalities consistent with DiGeorge syndrome. A possible link between the underlying immune deficiency and the observed complication is suggested.
