Focus on care not insurance

Today's advances in medical technology - and the cost of using it - require the health care industry to confront the moral and ethical dilemmas it now faces with regard to providing extraordinary care. Only by adding these issues to the health care debate will viable, long-lasting solutions to the health care crisis be found.
