Heparin delivery at the site of angioplasty with a novel drug delivery sleeve

The infusion sleeve is a novel drug delivery system providing for precise control of agent delivery in the setting of angioplasty. The initial patients with this device in which heparin was infused within the coronary artery after successful angioplasty are reported.
