Zusammenfassung:Analysis of a high-pressure liquid chromatography fraction containing two urinary glucuronlde metabolites of doxylamine by thermospray mass spectrometry (TSP/MS) provided [MH]+ ions for each metabollte. TSP/MS/MS of the [MH]+ ions provided a fragment Ion characteristic of these metsbolltes. The results demonstrate the utility of TSP/MS analysis for biologically derived glucuronlde metabolites.
