In addition, 6/6 normal marrow stromal cells and 4/6 normal skin fibroblasts induced growth of colonies from UTMB-460 cells. These data suggest that MSC interacted with the transformed cells (UTMB-460)
in vitro and played a critical role in the establishment of the UTMB-460 cell line. |
