The structure of this pigment was determined to be cyanidin 3- O-[6- O-(malonyl)-β- d-glucopyranoside-7- O-[6- O-( trans- pcoumaryl)-β- d-glucopyranoside]-3′- O-[6- O-[ trans-4- O-[6- O-( trans- p-coumaryl)-β- d-glucopyranosyl]- p-coumaryl]-β- d -glucopyranoside] based on spectroscopic methods.
