Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) in two cases of cortical blindness

Two AIDS patients with progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) had cortical blindness consistent with PML in their occipital cortices. Both patients were maintained on antiviral therapy and are alive over 16 months since PML diagnosis.
