Les textes qui répondaient à des critères établis au préalable et décrits dans le protocole général élaboré dans le cadre du projet Directives en matière de pratiques de santé communautaire (DPSC) ont été évalués en fonction d'une acception normalisée des critères. On a évalué les études selon une échelle de un à trois.
