Energy intake, body weight, and lean body mass are maintained in healthy, active women consuming a US space shuttle diet

Our study was undertaken to determine whether consuming foods and beverages provided by the US Space Shuttle food system for 28 days would maintain body weight and lean body mass in active women who meet the age, height, and weight requirements for women in the US Astronaut Corps.
